How to request deletion

1. On this page: fill in the form. You’ll get a reference number by email.
2. By email: write to support@picobytes.in from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request” and the app name.

For details of what data the app collects, see the privacy policy.

To protect your account, we confirm that the request comes from you (usually by replying to your email) before deleting anything. You can also ask us to delete some of your data without closing your account.

What we delete

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing. All data linked to your account is deleted.

Timeline: deletion is completed within 0 days of confirming your request. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
